Basing yourself in Canmore means you’re only minutes away from all the action you can handle. 12 minutes to Canmore Nordic Centre (Cross Country Skiing and Mountain Biking in the Summer); 30 minutes to Mt Norquay; 50 minutes to Sunshine Village; 60 minutes to Lake Louise for your downhill skiing.

Oh, and did I mention Banff National park and the the town of Banff are just 20 minutes down the road? And that Jasper is a 3 1/2 hour drive through some of the most spectacular roadside scenery you’ll ever encounter via the Icefields Parkway.
